HOW TO ORDER?

1. How do I place an order?

Browse online and email us your order at mrbeansbag@gmail.com with the following details:

Upon receiving your request, we will respond via email / mobile message within 24 hours & account bank number will be provided to you. We will process your order after the payments is confirmed by the bank.
Currently we accept cash transfer/ bank transfer only via CIMB bank only.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should reach you in about 5-7 of working days , depending on stock availability & payment clearance (If you not from Shah Alam/KL/Seremban/Klang Valley areas). Tracking number will be provided too.

3. How to clean up the bean bag?

First, you can just wipe it off, use a damp cloth and some soft soap or machine washable up to 60 degrees (please take out the bean's cover first) DO NOT TUMBLE DRY & please close the Velcro tightly before washing.
